At Advanced TMJ Maxillofacial Pain & Sleep Center, we offer evidence-based, non-surgical treatments for TMJ disorders, chronic facial pain, and sleep-disordered breathing. Our services include custom oral appliances, Botox and neuromodulators, low-level laser therapy, trigger point injections, and targeted medications—serving patients in Seattle, Bellevue, Everett, Renton, Kent, Puyallup, Islands and surrounding areas seeking expert orofacial pain and sleep apnea care.

We Accept Most Insurances
We are currently in-network with Medicare, Premera, Life Wise, First Choice Health and Cigna.
For all other insurance plans, we are considered out-of-network. If your insurance includes out-of-network benefits, our office can submit claims on your behalf as a courtesy, at the discretion of the provider. This will be confirmed at the time of scheduling. Alternatively, we can provide a superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Patients also have the option to self-pay at a discounted rate. Flexible payment plans are available for services.

Please note: We do not accept Medicaid plans at this time.

All fees are due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made.
