TMJ and sleep apnea treatments are considered medically necessary services.  As a result, these services are typically billed through medical insurance rather than dental insurance.

If we are out-of-network with your insurance plan, we may still be able to assist.

As a courtesy, we can often submit claims on your behalf. Coverage and reimbursement depend on your individual plan’s out-of-network benefits.

 

Self-Pay Options

We offer discounted self-pay rates for patients who prefer not to use insurance or whose plans do not provide coverage.

  • Payment is due at the time of service

  • Flexible arrangements may be available when discussed in advance
